LMC Radiator Question

Has anyone ordered LMC's 4 core radiator, part number 32-2933? I need it to have the heater core outlet line on it but the picture in their catalog doesn't show it and the customer service rep. said she couldn't tell if it had it or not. I'm hesitant to order it without knowing but they're the only ones that have the factory copper and brass style without spending $500! Unless someone knows another source....

Re: LMC Radiator Question

for that price my guess is part aluminum and plastic like all the others. I know the inlet on the radiator is no longer made. I had to put the outlet on the water pump when I replaced my radiator. If it is a true brass copper radiator at that price its a deal. Best I could find since i need another is around 400

Re: LMC Radiator Question

I ended up going with a 4 core Aluminum Radiator from JEGS. The rep from LMC said theirs made with brass and copper but who knows. Hopefully the Aluminum one will last longer due to no dissimilar metals. It was cheaper too!

Re: LMC Radiator Question

Just for someone else's benefit, I got a call back from LMC today. They informed me that their 4 core radiator DOES have the nipple for the heater core. For me it would have been $341 total shipped to my door. Not too bad at all, but, like I previously stated, I went with an aluminum one from JEGS, $287 and free shipping. Got it, upper and lower hoses and a trans dap swivel neck thermostat housing. This is going to hopefully fix my minor leaks and give my temp sending unit that's in the intake some room and not be rubbing on the upper hose.
