i have one for sale i listed today it has no dents but has verry small amount of rust on mounting flange. take a look and let me know.

No problem, there is only one ding it it where the shifter ring goes around and the ring covers it and some little ones around edges where it had to be pried up, no rust. It all gets covered up when you put mat or carpet down. Good luck finding one shipping is high going to your area.

one other thing as you notice in the other thread of 67slammer, you need to make sure which tranny you have, the holes are in different places, mine is in the front half, his is in the middle. Just giving you heads up so you buy the right one
