New center console

Well I'm just about finish with my new center console. I had to make it in two pieces so that it would slide under the dash.

The back part that you can't see houses a 10" sub and amp. It also covers the fuel tank in a fashion inspired by the waterfall in the corvette convertables.

The original plan was to put a trans temp gauge on the flat part under the AC controls, but I may end up putting a 10 disk changer there instead...haven't decided.

Ah, I think it was about 150. I got is like 2 years ago. I liked the idea of a floor shifter, and the linkage in the column was old and worn out. You'd pull it back out of park, and it'd basically fall into first.

Looks really good! You could put in one of those LCD screens as well.
