New Toyz!!!!

Ordered up these yesterday...

The welder is a Lincoln Ranger GXT 250 engine driven.

The Band saw is a Wilton 3/4 hp, 12x7" capacity.

I am uber excited about both, I have a lot of projects waiting for both.

Very nice, would like to have a bandsaw myself. Should get some good use out of that welder.

It is going to be nice having them, I been needing them for a while, I also have a Miller Syncrowave 200 TIG, I can use the Lincoln to power it in the field so I can weld with it anywhere now!

Damn, I wonder what it would cost to get one shipped, check out www.cyberweld.com they have pretty damn good prices. One would think you could get one shipped, expecially one of the smaller welders because they arent very big. Like a millermatic 185 would do you really well for anything automotive related.

Re: New Toyz!!!!

I've been wanting to get a welder lately but just can't afford one right now. I've never welded before but would like to get one and teach myself to weld so I can do some of my own body work.

You`ve arrived!!Feels that way, doesn`t it?It must feel good to knock down a chunk off your equipment list and give mobile ability, too. That welder would be nice just stayin` home and not using house current.

It does feel damn good, I am also really loving getting it because I have been going to welding school, so now I have somting I can make money with, so it will help fund my projects. I am going to be doing jobs all summer long in my spare time and that is going to fund buying and building the Cummins 24 valve for my C/30, getting a Dana 60 for the front and that Atlas II 4 speed transfer case.

I already have over a thousand dollars worth of work lined up the first weekend I get the dang thing! So I am gonna be busy busy. Yee haw!
