SAFETY... New Years resolution?

Just had a thought while reading Efabmans post on videos. Board member sevt_chevelle mentioned several hazards of doing different tasks related to body work that I was unaware of and I'm sure there is lots more.

The thought that hit me right away was a New Years Resolution around safety in my life and maybe everyone on the board could add their 2 cents. I am on a safety committee at work but we all don't take what we know home and practice safely. Think about the consiquenses of getting hurt or killed. Your family and friends also suffer too.

We all know of hazards relating to our trucks and the work we do on them. How about using this post to add our tips and warnings for safety as it relates to our trucks. If Josh and administrators thought it was appropriate maybe even a seperate board for this talk.

BUCKLE UP and have a SAFE and Hapy New year.

OK, thanks Mom This type material might be better read on the Message (discussion) Board, rather than the Parts Board. Just a thought.

SORRY

Frank and others;

I appologise if I insulted anyones personal safety standards I thought is was good for friendly reminder. I thought it might be a constructive subject that doesn't always get enough attention on discussion board.

I guess I am missing some digits if I can't figure out what they are?

Seriously does everyone claim to know all safety issues around welding, fumes, etc.?

Administrator please move this to discussion board or I can delete it.

No big gig, Bob...Just trying to cut down on some of the extraneous "Chaff" on the Parts Board. It moves so fast, now, the parts listings are gone in a few hours.
