Re: hubcaps for a 70 1/2 ton?

that second one is for a 3/4 ton, but the half tin was something like that. The base model ones were painted white, optional was close to the second photo... not quite sure what the top of the line hub cap was in 70 though... I'm sure they had a full cover, but I'm not sure if it was like the 71/72 full cover in the first photo

All those caps look correct for the 70 model. Both styles of caps were used into the mid 70s or so, but the bowtie color changed to ochre in 73. That full wheel cover was also available in 69. Not sure on the dog dish cap for the first year. The second cap pictured sure looks like a 1/2 ton cap to me andy.

Re: hubcaps for a 70 1/2 ton?

The full hubcaps pictured are all missing the fake lug nuts that go around the outside edge. I would imagine some were missing, so the PO took them all off. Not sure how you'd replace that many. I'd have to count, but I probably only need one extra cap to replace all the nuts mine are missing.

I wonder if they are missing because someone tried to loosen them with a lug wrench......
