p13 s/m tire carrier fleet side only.

Would any of you fine gents have a picture of this carrier? I am looking for one and am having a hard time locating it. Does anyone have a link to a good source for used parts like a junk yard that specializes in old GM trucks. Once again thanks for the support...

yea those spare tire mount's are rare as hen's teeth , I got mine by posting a want to buy ad on the stovebolt page , the fleetsides mostly had that mount and it's cool but boy the stepside's with the fender mounted spare really look good , if I had found a stepsdie truck when I was looking for one that was one of my mandatory option's , I like my 67 fleet a lot better now with my spare mounted in the bed ,,,,,,,

I have one in my parts truck too, been thinking about using it, but with my tool boxes, I don't have room. And I kinda agree with andy...not too pretty!

Re: p13 s/m tire carrier fleet side only.

Get two of them, and put one on each side. Then, after installing the spare wheel/tire ass'y on each side, put a full wheel cover on each one. That is some old school stuff, right there!!

To finish it off, have a tonneau made that has humps on both sides to cover the spares.
