I use to think that was a lot of $$$ ... but ... after I looked at all the $$$ that I have sunk in the Circuit Rider that price is not that bad plus it's a 50TH. JMHO

Don't think those are '72 doors - only thing I'm not sure about is the screw under the windwing, but they would have had to replace the mechanisms to be '72 doors.

They look like 72 doors. The mechanisms have been swapped i assume.

Tilt wasn't available yet either, but a nice add-on. I think the door panels are 69? Nice truck regardless.

plus ftermarket horn cap and whats up with it being a 67 we all no 50th is 68 and not 67 so this is probably one of those ''heinz 57'' or as my dad says (i dont like this term ) bas!$rd truck but as i said before really nice truck i would buy it if i wasnt building mine and i had the money

I agree - very nice truck, but it's not very "original", as a lot of guys have pointed out. I also want to say that this is not dogging on the truck; it's just a bunch of guys trying to be accurate about the vehicle. I'd definitely drive it.

Noticed the seats and door panels aren't the gold/white that they should be. They're supposed to be gold/white right? Anyways, that's one hell of a beautiful truck, I would love to have it.

"Perfect-Original" or not, it is a beauty !!!! I'd sure drive it.

Buy it & keep it up, & 10 years from now, it'll be worth ????? (no doubt way-more $$$).

Spend $ 30 large on a brand new pickup, keep it up, and 10 years from now = $ 3000 (maybe).

Do the "investment" math on that......................

That screw under the wing window is the key to a 72 door. Only ones like that out of the series.

On the other comments, guess I would have at LEAST done all parchment pieces where appropriate since that's the way it was OEM. It is nice but all those LITTLE details add up to big question marks on how good the base work really is when I see someone make "perfect" claims.

Definitely would drive it myself but not for even $20k. Be interesting to see what it does go for. It's been on my watch list since day 1 of the auction just because of the asking price but variation from OEM.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
