cab light questions
hey i was wondering if anyone knows anything about cab lights our trucks. i have a 84 c30 with the factory round cab lights. i am wondering if anyone knows or somewhere that makes clear reproductions of them. i havent found any and i have researched them for a while. i figure it will be easier to replace them with the 88-98 style, but i dont know what is involved to swap them. do the gaskets on that style cover the holes from the older style, or would i need to fill the holes? thanks for any help guys..

Re: cab light questions
To change to 88-98 you will have to fill old hole which are drilled on the side of the lens. 88-98 are drilled at the front and back of lens they are also narrower in width than the original lenses.

Re: cab light questions
yea, i have, but the only clear ones are the later model, and if i have to fill holes to use them, id rather keep the original ones.
