Interesting Craigslist ad

http://raleigh.craigslist.org/cto/1898831952.html

And to think all this time I thought my 350 was a small block

Also love the way it seems someone used a sawzall to cut the radio out.

someone needs to go back to elementary school. That dash looks just like the one that was in my suburban when I got it. What a shame.

Same here....the dash thing, not the elementary school thing. Can't imagine why you would EVER need a hole that size in the dash.

Re: Interesting Craigslist ad

unfortunately the hole in the dash is about the same size as mine.
I think they must have had a tv in there.

Re: Interesting Craigslist ad

I know my truck would eat almost anything around my little town. I know the foot is going in the mouth, but I did get my ass handed to me by a neon. Granted I found out later it had a little work, a little NOS, a turbo and a driver that didn't really give a **** about it (read: mommy and daddy were loaded). On the other hand my truck only had a small block 350, My pontiac has a "big block" 350 and it's a forking DOG

THIS TRUCK IS FASTER THAN ANY MUSTANG, CAMARO, NEON SRT-4, OR ANY SO CALLED SPORTS CAR THAT DOES NOT A SUPERCHARGER
"That does not a supercharger?" Does that even make sense ? If so, does that make every supercharged car fast? 'Cuz last time I checked, GM Performance Parts offered supercharger kits for the Pontiac Vibe which boosted poewr all the way to 150 hp. Think that's fast?

It's a real shame that idiots like him/her ruin the reputation of us truck owners.

Re: Interesting Craigslist ad

I wonder if a kid I knew in highschool is selling that.... A kid tried to argue with me saying his brother had a 350 big block in his truck. He insisted they were made and his brother had one... People these days.

That's like when you run into someone in the stands at the track or at a cruise-in and they blather on and on about the "Hemi GTO", or maybe the "68 Mustang with the Boss 460".....yeah......lol
