Crushed Lower Radiator Outlet
My lower radiator outlet crushed. It looks like the hose clamp was tightened to much. Is there anyway to reform it or am I stuck having to buy a new one? The radiator is a 3 core that is brass. Which came in my truck when I bought it. My thoughts were maybe a tailpipe expander, But I don't know if i can find one small enough. Any thoughts?

Take it to a radiator shop, they have tools to fix brass radiators. Had the same thing happen to me a while back and my local shop was able to fix it while I waited.

I would have some real concerns if a hose clamp was able to crush it. It would mean that the metal had degraded and a catastrophic failure is just around the corner. Make a trip to a competent radiator shop for an inspection. Well worth the peace of mind in my book.
