Re: New pic
My Dad bought it new and I grew up in it. I bought it from him a couple of years ago, after he bought a new one. It had a camper on it for 36 yrs, with a boot , so you could crawl into the cab. That explains the rust on the back of the cab.
The ball on the front bumper lauched our boat in the lake for years. The handle on the passenger side cab assisted my short Mom to get in. The holes in the back bumper were for the big whip CB ants, so Dad could talk to all the "Good Buddies". It has 157K miles, oil change every 3000, daily driver. The plate on the front was a gift from my daughter, cause I hunt elk with a bow. And the custom plate on the back honors my 84 year old Dad that is still Truck'en. Will do a frame off resto in the next couple of years and then give it to my son. |

Re: New pic
Nice truck, I esp like the two tone color but mostly the 4x4 and 4sp. Most like to switch over to automatic, but the 4sp's are rock crushers and good for life ;-)
