53 chevy truck want 50 style one piece window

ok so we have a 53 chevy in the shop and its been a few years sence i have worked on one but the guy would like the one piece windows what has to be changed to make this work he dont care what door handels he uses thanks for any help

Man, I just spent some time digging through another forum where I know this came up before. I had thought briefly about doing it on my 54. Couldn't find the thread thought. I'll dig again later.
The bottom line was that it is "doable" but, it's not a 1-2-3 thing. It'll take a lot of work..per the "sperts".

I think you can just change out the doors from a 47 to 50 or 51.
