west coast mirrors

Hi everyone! First of all I'd like to say GREAT site! I would like to know where I can get west coast mirrors for my truck. I got a pair from a local auto parts store, but they were the adjustable kind and when on my truck they would only fit at the very end of the adjustment {not very sturdy}I am looking for somthing close to factory type.

I bought a set of mirrors on ebay for my K-20...........By the pictures I swore they were stock GM. I got them, bead blasted and painted them, and after we had the flint grey paint and clear coat on them, I noticed the itty bitty "Ford" script at the bottom of one of them............Sure enough they are both Ford Pickup mirrors. Even though, they fit nice and I like them.

Re: west coast mirrors

If you want to buy new, you may also want to try some of the board vendors. One that I know for sure is...
http://1960-72chevytruckparts.com/

Link to their catalog page for West Coast mirrors...
http://1960-72chevytruckparts.com/ca...%20emblems.pdf

There may be other board vendors who would gladly help you as well. Link to Vendor List...

Re: west coast mirrors

Thanks, but I was hoping for something different. I've been thinking about the small mirrors that mount high on the door, and was thinking those could have been them.
Thanks,
s/t
