What happened to the "homemade patina" thread?

I just was wondering what happened to it I was watching that thread. Just wondering.

I have no clue, and im not saying that this is what happened, but i would bet that someone went a bit overboard on their opinion, the whole idea being kinda controvercial -sp- to most of the members on here and all

I was just joking Liz Good one cdowns, They got so carried away with adding patina it just disintegrated before their eyes.
