Wait, cash only. I'll have to go through the couch cushions but I think I've got just enough.

Re: Dreamer.......you all get in line!

I never know what people that put on these ridiculous prices are thinking, "Yeah, but it only takes one guy to say, YES" or if they know what they put into the vehicle and just flatly cannot see that their car isn't worth the total of all the money spent on it, or what?

The only thing I know for sure is "asking ain't getting".

Re: Dreamer.......you all get in line!

I wonder if he'd consider any trades..? I have a fully customized 74 ford pinto, that I recently installed 26's on, and should appraise somewhere around the same as his rig..? I'm somewhat attached to the pinto and all... but I can make some sacrifices...?

Re: Dreamer.......you all get in line!

hey he probably "paid" some one $85k or better to build it for him, by his reasoning it is "worth" $85k. i see this all the time at my shop. customers didn't want to bring the job to me to start with, they were going to "save" some clank with brother n law or whatever. then it shows up not running right after they gave up & tell me, "it's not right but i just spent $10k on it so it can't be but some little something & can you figure out what it is & can i pick it up right after lunch? then i tell them what they just spent don't mean beans to me- i'm starting at the begining. on the other hand i was hoping to get about $90k for a project "fixer upper" i was going to sell, so now i'm depressed.
