Help with my mirror selection
Alrighty folks.. I've got to get some mirrors on my truck before I get a ticket and was gonna get everyone's opinion. First off here's a picture of my truck
 and here come the mirror options... 1. 3" round billet  2. Original GM  3. Peeps  Right now I'm thinking #2 just wanted to see what others thought. Also.. if you have any pics of different mirrors I'd like to see them

I like choice number 1. I have a 69 chevy I just got with huge camper mirrors..I am getting inthe spring a new set of mirrors that are like number 1..round ones. Truck is very nice.

Any of them would look nice on your truck, but if I were to choose, it would be the orig. 71-72 mirrors. The late style stepside bed looks good too.

i guess n a truck that isnt going to be a daily driver the microscopic mirrors are fine and i like #1 or #3 but if youre driving this thing daily id go with a big mirror so ya can see what is next to and behind ya

First off, I like your one piece side window. The mirror I would choose would be #1

I would choose #3 the peeps cause I know I like em'
If you went with the peeps you should get a short arm  but thats just me :p

Watch out at the autocarwash if you go withthe peeps. I always take mine off, just in case , so they don't break off or bend the door frames. Just a helpful hint.

number 1get an arm for the passenger side if you want the mirror arm pointing up, mine was the driver side and it points down.

I'd go with #1. I thought I'd seen some that are 4" round if you want something a little bigger, don't think they were billet, I'll see if I can dig up a pic.

2 or 3.......i like 2 a little more but put something with some shape in it. the billets seem too rigid IMO. The peeps are cool and there style goes very well with these trucks.

I like # 2, but i would prob put Camaro or ?? Power mirrors in it, since its a 1 piece window

I prefer #1&3 myself on ours BUT we use the short curved arm ones. They place the mirror head closer to the window glass giving in my opinion 100% better viewing area and ease of viewing over the long straight arm styles you have pictured. They also appear more subtle tucked in close to the door frame, I find the straight arm ones to look out of place sticking off the door 5-6" straight out. Ruins the look in my opinion with them sticking out so far off the door.

Sorry to butt in  GO for the short peeps, the long mirrors, long peeps and the stock mirror kind of loose the custom affect....nice truck!!!

This is what I have on my beater, they are 66-67 ss nova repop,
I got them from greenwood chevrolet, I believe he is a board member. I will eventially put these on longer arms (I think)
