body mount question for crew cab looking for photos

I have my 85 one ton crew 4x4 and I had scrapped the 85 cab due to excessive rust... Once I set the 80 cab on off a one ton 2wd dually the cab sits slightly lower than the box... I have energy suspension mounts under the cab for the 85 frame which many say to match the mounts to the frame... I had set another box on to make sure nothing was weird with it... Then I went ahead and shortened the frame for a short box where I picked up a box with a rusty floor but good supports... Same spot just higher than the cab... And now I have an all new floor and bed sides and still at the same spot...

Now the original cab mounts are the not supposed to be a little taller as they go to the rear of the cab? I remember seeing that under the 80 cab to frame but I don't recall what the 85 4x4 factory cab mounts looked like...

Anyone have pictures of the 81-87 4x4 crew cab body mounts?

Not sure but I think the 80 and 85 mounts are different

did the cab mounts in my '85 crew, no damaged mounts or anything, still was not 100% lined up. i ended up putting 1/8" shims on top of the bushing cups to get it all looking good

Is yours an 85 with an 85 cab? See mine was fine before the cab swap once I set the 80 cab on the 85 frame and 85 mounts is when it went out to lunch... Probably half inch
