prop valve time
i need to replace my prop vavle as its stuck blocking off my rear brakes, not local stores have them where is the best place you've find them for a decent price/. good quiltiy part? i know brake parts aren't a place to cheap out at but i really don't want to spend 150 dollars on a valve. whats the difference between the brass ones and the stock cast one? mine also does not have a reset button on it and is stuck in the rear closed spot as it sit with no mast cylinder on it.
i also have stomped the pedal hard several times trying to reset no luck

Re: prop valve time
If it doesn't have a reset button I suspect it isn't a prop valve it is the distribution type valve that came stock on drum front n rear brakes up to include 69 model year. Sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. I have seen trucks that were converted to disks with the older distribution block. Doesn't make them as responsive without the proper valve.
