Re: found another truck...need opinions

I would see if you can haggle on the price. It looks like it's been put together somewhat haphazardly, but that's purely my opinion. I also like the color sans racing stripes.

The grille? How about the wheels. Looks nice for that, You could really do alot and stay under about 10 grand. Figure on wheels and what you would do to finish it, wouldn't be bad at all.

it looks like a heck of a deal. it be cheap to reverse the molesting the previous hack did to it. throw a bench seat in there. replace the grill. and place stock rims or rallys you'd proably have a 5k truck in ca. that pass mirror sucks

Re: found another truck...need opinions

just got back from test driving this beast. i gave the seller a down payment for it. this is one SOLID truck. the truck was running pretty rich so when i get it home im gonna try and do some tuning and hopefully i can get it above 11mpg on the highway (thats what seller told me he gets)

edit: this truck is a factory power steering/brakes and factory air truck

Looks to me if you can put a thousand into it, it could be a great truck.

Re: found another truck...need opinions

Heck, that custom console must be worth close to $1000 all by itself...

PO mods aside, that looks like a very solid truck and a good deal for $1750.

Re: found another truck...need opinions

I think its worth the price... first thing I would do is get a new grill, and scrap the center council... but it looks solid

Looks like a good deal to me. I like the wheels too, not my first choice but ok. I would suggest another wheel-nut on the left rear and a good going over before too long of a trip.
