70 & 71-72 c20 suspension difference
What's the difference between the 70 C20 and the 71-72 C20 suspension? I want to put drop spindles on my truck

ummm.....only front end difference i can think of is drum vs disc spindles. 71+ has disc brakes.

Yes if you convert to disc brakes. I dont know about c/20, but c/10's require different tie rods and lower ball joints with discs.
