Frames?????
I've gotta question about these trucks. I'm a 67 guy and dunno much about these. Are all the frames the same from 60-66. I've got a 65 truck but the frame has seen better days

Re: Frames?????
Also to add, the '63-'66 frames are only slightly different than the '67-'72 frames. The '67-'72 frames can be used under a '60-'66 truck with just a few changes made. Of course the easiest is to use a '63-'66 frame. Check with your local DMV to be sure you don't get in trouble with having a frame with a different VIN than the cab.

Re: Frames?????
The front frame horns, the radiator support mount brackets need moved, the rear cab support mount brackets are different and/or need moved up, and the radiator lower support crossmember for the '63-'66 needs to be installed into the '67-'72 frame. I think that is it. You might send a PM to member ScotI, he has actually done the conversion.
