I just finished the disk brake conversion for the money pit and have some parts left to get rid of.

Anyone close to Garland TX that want the drum brakes, a arms (upper and lower) spindals off of a 68.
I also have the springs and stock spindals off of a 73 or 74 all 1/2 ton the 73 was heavy duty.
Let me know.

Re: Free

purchased 2 1/2 drop spindals off a board member for $125. I purchased a front crossmember off of another board member $175. (later model 73 or 74 1/2 ton heavy duty.)
Bought all the bushings, calipers, rotors, pads, hoses, tie rod ends, pittman arm and all the other ball joints from O'Reily's for $200
New bumpers from Chevy duty upper and lower for $50

A buddy helped me press the old ball joints and bushings out and back in for free.

Taking the front end apart and putting it back together with my sons help Priceless.
