Re: My 67 retirement project
Looks like a nice cab to start with, we are definitely going to need some more info on this one. What are your plans?! Oh, and congrats on the retirement.

Re: My 67 retirement project
My plan is to take the 70 apart and use the frame then put the 67 cab on it. I plan on making it a daily driver/shows/dabble in autocross.

Thanks man I'm trying to figure this whole social media thing and trying to post things. I have a photobucket account but still not sure how to post from it. Well I think I've narrowed it down to the suspension I will be using and the brakes. I hope all is well and did I see that you sold your project? Lorne Si vis pacem, para bellum |

If you have a smartphone, you can post pictures from your phone directly to the website. That's how I do it. What suspension and brakes did you decide to go with?

Re: My 67 retirement project
Keith,
I believe I'm going to go with either Scott's IFS and rear suspension or No Limit IFS and rear trailing arm setup. I plan on using Kore3 brakes. Thanks

Re: My 67 retirement project
Just wondering if I should use a Ford 9", that I was going to use in my 71 Camaro, or use the 12 bolt that is in it now and just beef it up? Please any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. It's going to have a 496/650hp 625 tq with a 4l80e in it.
Thanks

Re: My 67 retirement project
If anyone is interested in any of the parts on the orange 70 please let me know. I'm sure I will let them go for very cheap! I'm undecided if I'm going to work the bed or not but everything except the frame is available.

Well after buying several aftermarket parts and was about to buy more at Carlisle, I've found every original part I need except fenders yay!!

Re: My 67 retirement project
While acquiring all these parts I've found myself purchasing two more trucks, 68 GMC and a 1949 Thriftmaster long bed pickup.
