50th Anniversary Big Block Truck on NorCal CL

Not mine -- no connection to this ad.

I posted this ad a while back saying it was a nice truck, but overpriced at $6500. The price just dropped to $4500. I think it's pretty hard to find one this nice and original for that kind of $.

I tried to lighten up the interior pics a little... It would be nice to see the SPID.

If it's a 50th Anniversary someone dyed or changed interior parts. It's a real good C/20 for the money,no matter if it's a 50th or not

Great looking truck and more than a fair price, I mean, rusty original 9' stepsides are going for like 20 grand I don't think the $6,500 was too heigh either, just a good starting point for negotiations. If that truck were over here or up north it would have sold for that.

Anyone think about this... the 50th anniversary truck is only a little more than 3 years from having it's 50th anniversary...

Very nice truck. It appears to have modernized a bit with the front disk brakes and such, but still a decent price for such a clean truck.

That steering wheel could be from a 66 chevy truck judging by the steering wheel horn ring or a 64 65 car.

None the less thats a cool truck!

pretty sure scott nailed it - truck steering wheels didn't have the 4 little bright paint divider rings like the impalas and chevelles did.

Re: 50th Anniversary Big Block Truck on NorCal CL

I have that same rear bumper on my '68:

On my build sheet, my truck was sold out of NorCal too, so that must have been a regional bumper option.

Re: 50th Anniversary Big Block Truck on NorCal CL

Was wondering why that thing took so long to sell......I've seen it on CL off and on now for 6 months or so......glad someone picked it up. I will have it's twin for sale soon....almost a twin (small block, 1/2 ton anniversary).

Re: 50th Anniversary Big Block Truck on NorCal CL

Well, it finally got delivered to me here in Texas. I cant get over how nice this truck is. Runs and drives great, and practically rust free. You just don't find trucks like this around here.

Got a question for the 50th gurus. The SPID shows black interior, but I thought all 50th's had the white/gold interior. Is she a 50th Anni model or not?

I promise more pics as I get a chance.

551 paint code = 50th, so it looks to be one. Funny, I just bought one out of Nor Cal too
