Finished grading on Thursday and trenched the plumbing for the bathroom. Shower, stool and sink. Also thinking about a man urinal. Ohh Baby, a stand up. Keeps the ladies happy when the lid is down and dry.

That's what I'm talkin' 'boot...

Are you building it with a guest house type upstairs or is it just gonna have attic space above...looks like she's gonna be pretty big anyway...

Great pics - big space. Can't wait for the finish pics. Need some evidence for my wife to show how great one would be.

What did you do for plans? Draw, have drawn or use a template?

The size is 40 X 70. End wall 1 has a 12' tall X 14' wide overhead and a walk door. The side wall has two 10' tall X 12' wide overhead doors and a walk door.
Bathroom is 7' X 9' finished and will have minimum toilet, shower and sink. The shop is to be divided into a 35' X 40' work (dirty) area. All prep is done there.
The other half will be a 26' X 35' assembly/storage area for vehicles and the rear is 14' X 35' clean/ paint room. The paint area will totally enclosed with ceiling. This will provide the second floor area.
Outside is 4' wainscote in Green with Tan upper and Green roof and trim.
This is a purchased building but set up to my specs.
Will include security, fire system. (for Randy70-C10) I read your other post.LOL
And yes I plan on a hoist and rotisserie. Maybe an overhead crane system.
