Is it easier to remove the front clip first and then remove the fenders for repair or easier to remove the fenders and other stuff individually?

Removing the clip can be a real benefit because you can get at the fender liner nuts from the back side once the clip is off to put penetrating fluid on them. Two persons can have the clip off in
about an hour and you can turn it over for access to the fasteners
and it makes disassembly easier.

We have removed individual fenders/components , but for us it is easier and quicker to remove the clip.

If all you are doing is repairing the fenders, then it's probably less work to remove them rather than to remove the entire clip. If you plan to clean up the engine bay & paint, then by all means - remove the clip. You'll be able to get to everything. Both jobs are about the same amount of work, but you can handle a fender by yourself . . . a clip usually requires some help (unless you're Superman)

I pulled my clip in 1.5 hours alone...pretty easy job, but if your worried about paint, I'd have someone there to help pull it.

makes it so easy to get to stuff.
