Sounds like he's still alive, that's good to know, i guess he had a hard top to break the roll a bit but still, i wonder if he had a hard top too?

Yeppers, VTBLAZER did a windsheild frame swap on one of his blazers,
but it will take quite a bit of work, I think he is asking to much, unless
it has like every option you can think of and he forgot to mention em.

no pictures of the passenger side where it was rolled?? i'd say try in the $1000=$1500 range as your best offer

It can be repaired, but that rig isn't worth $3000. I'm sure there are more problems to be fixed than just the windshield. The door frames are probably bent on the top too - so they would probably need replacing. I'm sure there are dents on the side that isn't showing as cdowns pointed out.
