Help with selecting rims for my truck

I have a 1987 chevy r10 long bed with all stock suspension. I would like to go with 18's but won't the back to be as wide as possible with as much negative offset as possible. I do not plan on running low profile tires on them either. The front will be 18x8-8.5's. I just do not know the limits with out rubbing. If you have any suggestions or pictures I would appreciate it. Thanks a lot

Re: Help with selecting rims for my truck

This is a 3/4 ton with a 2" lift. 18x8.5 wheel with 4.75BS and a 275/70R18 tire (33" x11" R18 equivalent).
The tread on the tire is 9.2", section is 11" and its 33.2" tall

Don't have a shot of the whole truck as that pic was just a trial fit. Those are the ones I'm going to buy though.

I had to trim a bit off the fenders

Here it is trimmed, you can't see it from the side of the truck.
This is the front of the left fender. I didnt have to trim the rear, just these tips.

Re: Help with selecting rims for my truck

That is a clean truck thanks for the reply that is what I am looking for but without so much hight on the truck. My goal is to keep it looking more like a race truck but keep it stock as possible. I will post a pic of my cuz truck to give a better idea of the look I am looking for when I have some more time.
