motor vin # and option tag (pics)

can anyone tell me anything about this motor?(not factory original) I don't know what year it is or what it came in or where it was built. (T0904HN) I also would like to known anything about the options on this truck (the ones that aren't self-explanitory). Interior color( I know it says burgundy but I didn't know burgundy was an color option in 86). Gold Medal Special? And I think all the glass has been replaced because none of it looks like the factory green tint. 3-speed automatic (350TH?)

77 interior is just dark red, same as my 87 truck. The "green" tint is actually clear, it just has some solar protection to it, does not actually change the color.

http://www.73-87.com/chevy_ids/rpomenu2.htm is a page where you can look at a lot of RPO codes.

A couple things caught my eye:

TC10703 = GMC 2wd 1/2 ton short box regular cab pickup

Looks like the "Gold Medal Special" was some kind of promotional package

E62 = stepside box

305 cu in engine with a 2.73 rear axle - probably not a real strong runner.

Code 72 Red exterior w burgandy interior - sounds like a nice lookin truck....

Got any pics?

Re: motor vin # and option tag (pics)

here are some pic on a post a while back. I am just getting around to tinkering with it again. T0904HN is the number I got off of the block that is currently in the truck. I was told it is a 350 w/ 300hp heads. I can't get to the date code on the bell-housing or find any numbers on the outside of the heads. Can someone help with this number?

here is a link I found with the HN suffix code . Shows a 350 at 300 horse power in 69 wit that code . Post a pic of the front of the heads . 300 horse engines had 186 or 041 casting heads that are 1.94/1.5 int/exh valve and 64 cc chambers .
