Front clip swap?

What all would be involved in changing a 72 gmc front clip to a 68 chevy clip? I know I'd need new fenders and grille. Would I need a chevy hood and radiator support too?

actually, the fenders will be the same. However, i would say to get a whole front clip myself...that way trim holes will be correct and you can always sell your GMC stuff to recoup the added expense.

Are you just going chevy or do you like the rake of the 67/68 hood? If so you'd need to swap hood. I agree with Andy, swap the whole front clip. Get the "grave guard" across the front of the core support also.
I swapped from a 70 gmc to a 72 chevy was able to use the GMC wiring harness as both trucks had gauges.

Should be easy swap of the whole front unless it has air. Then it would get complicated.

I swapped from a 72 Chevy to a 67 GMC on mine. I used the entire clip, fender (inner and outer) hood, grille rad support and the wiring harness
