Doing Something Unusual!

Skipping a two day 4x4 show for the drag races this weekend. There is a show at the drag strip on Sunday. It's at Wentzville and is called the Nostalgia Drags (pre '73). Hoping it will be an intersting and fun weekend. Oh, my friend has a 73 Z28 with a 427. Runs in the mid 10's at about 127 mph. Remember all the vets this week and the ones that have given their all.

Races were great but froze my a$$ of Saturday night camping. It was cool all day Sat then rained all night. Fuzzy made 8 passes running 127 in the low 10.5's. Not too bad for gas! Its a pretty new car and he's still getting used to everything. 73 Z28

I didn't do the show thing. There were plenty checking the truck out where it was and I'd been away from the friends all day. Did give out the site addy to a couple of guys. One was racing a lowered Burb. Actually did pretty well for the weight of it LOL.
