Air Ride Air Bag Suspension compressors, valves, tanks

Let me start off by saying I don't know much about air ride suspensions. I took this in on a partial trade for a truck I sold. This set-up came out from under an old lincoln that the guy chopped the top and slammed, but never finished. The set-up has practically no miles on it (just moving it around the yard) because the car was never finished, and he could never get glass made for it. The system consists of (2) VIAIR 450C compressors, (2) chrome tanks (brand and size unknown), (4) Contitech bags, (8) GC 250 Xtreme valves, a cut off switch, wiring, toggle switches, and a smoked plexiglass switch box. The valves, compressor, and bags look pretty much new. The tanks have some chrome peeling (with another layer of chrome underneath, if that makes sense) and a little surface rust, and the switches have some rust on them from being in the car with no windows. This is the only part of the system that seems to have ever been in the weather. The bags, valves, compressors, and tanks do not look like they have been exposed to water. The chrome on the tanks looks to be the result of typical cheap chrome after a few years. They have not been in the weather, but there is some oxidizing from the car being out side.

I took this set-up to guy a that knows a little more than I do about this stuff, and we tested both compressors, and all the valves, and they all work fine. I did not test the toggle switches. They may work, but because of the rust on them, I would assume they may not. If you have any specific questions, please ask, because this is all I know about this stuff. I researched it, and the stuff would have cost $1700 - $1800 new.

$750 for everything. I would rather not ship it, but if no one nearby wants it, I would ship it at your cost. I will hold off a few days for somebody in driving distance to say they want before agreeing to ship if I have to. I work in West Point, GA, and the stuff is at my work, so that's where you'd be going to get it. I live right over the river in Alabama (7 miles from West Point), so if you were coming get to get it on the weekend, I'll take it home and you could pick it up there.

Re: Air Ride Air Bag Suspension compressors, valves, tanks

If you decide to split it up I could use the tanks and maybe the compressors.

I'd jump in line for one compressor and tank.

If no one buys everything together, I may split it up. I actually wouldn't terribly mind keeping the bags anyway, so if someone needed the valves, I may bust it up.

Re: Air Ride Air Bag Suspension compressors, valves, tanks

I'd be interested in everything, minus the bags. I already have the bags for my setup, but that's all, so this would be ideal for me and I'm not terribly far from you.

Thanks
