need turn signal help.....
i replaced my upper bearing, turn signal assembly and cancelling cam last night. Everything works except the cancelling function. Any tips? Also, would anyone happen to have an exploded diagram of the column assembly for a 67 non-tilt?

Did you remember the little springs? Also the position of the cancelling cam is critical. The "bump" on the cam has to be in position to nudge the spring out -- killing the turn signal --as the wheel turns back. There' s one for each side.

Thanks. Got it figured out. the vertical metal spring on the end that indexes the signal on and off was set to stiff. retentioned it and the cam lobes and little springs can now overcome it.
