Anyone know the best place to buy four chrome or white caps for stock 15 inch smooth wheels?

Are you talking stock wheels or smoothies? I never heard of stock wheels refered to as smooth. Smoothies use a completely different size and mounting. You won't find painted caps, just chrome. Have you tried a google search? I also prefer the Chevy car caps that are baby moons with the bowtie stamped in. A very subtle and nice touch for a Chevy.
