Re: All you guys running Edelbrocks ???

This? Mine's a little, ummmm, different? It's basically a steel rod connected to the pedal, with some form of nut thing my dad found. It's worked well for about 3 years.

67Redneck - That looks like a Bowtie Overdrive kit for the 700R4 (at least looks like mine).

mhdie - or anyone - what is that spring bracket off of? Stock?

I have a Lokar TH350 kickdown for sale BTW in the classifieds.

Re: All you guys running Edelbrocks ???

I bought the Edelbrock bracket for the carb off ebay along with a new cable, I have not bought the bracket for the cable to mount to the intake but I have a Pace performance catalog with a variety of set ups in it. Mr gasket p/n's MRG6039 kick down cable bracket &p/n MRG6039. Page 79 if you have a Pace catalog that is current.

Re: All you guys running Edelbrocks ???

Hey Krue, you know how to adjust the kickdown right? I coudn't figure it out by looking at it, too hard to see back behind the bracket, once someone on the board showed me, it was really easy, let me know if you need any more info.
