Disc brake questions

I am finally installing my front brakes (after three years)! I purchased new rotors, calipers, pads, bearings...everything to be exact. I also purchased a brake hardware kit, and this is where one of my two questions lie.

The hardware kit contained 2 sleeves, 2 larger O-rings (they sit inside the caliper mounting hole, and the sleeve slides thru it), a anti rattle spring, and two smaller O-rings.

1. What are the two smaller rubber O-rings for?

Second question. As I mentioned earlier, I purchased new calipers too. There was a plastic plug installed where the brake hose attaches to (to keep it clean inside I guess), and under the plug was two metal washers.

2. Do these metal washers go between the brake hose and caliper as well as between the brake hose and brake hose bolt?

Thanks for the help!

The smaller O rings go in the outside of the caliper. This is the part the bolt without threads slides through.

Yes, the washers go on each side of brake hose fitting.
