Log In Problems
For those having log in problems, I havent experienced them myself, but it sounds like a Cookie problem. you most likely need to delete all the cookies that say something like:
Cookie:username@67-72chevytrucks.com and Cookie:username@www.67-72chevytrucks.com and Cookie:username@64.246.42.114 There may be a few variations, and of course username should be your username. To delete the cookies, start by going to My Computer, C:\ drive, then Windows and finalyl to Cookies. Then right click, and click View -> Details (may not be applicable to all). Once you find adn delete all cookies for this domain, close all your browser windows, and reopen them. You will have to log back in, but this "should" fix the problem.

Josh, I said no here but still get emails. Any reason for this?
Use 'Email Notification' by default? Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in. yes no |

You shoudl only recieve emails on posts your previously replied to before turning that option off.
On the main page of the User CP, there shoudl be a little area that says "Subscribed Threads" chosoe the default view for 5-10 days, then you'll have to unsubscribe to the threads. If that doesnt work let me know.

Fixed it. Went into the edit options area and found that the e-mail default was checked. Not sure how that happened.
Looks like it's working right again.

I think you need to reach 100 posts before you can add the avatar from your "user cp"

I was having trouble logging on when I first registered also. The problem seemed to be if I tried to log-on with AOL the board didn't "recognize" me yet; I minimized my AOL window and opened my Microsoft IE window and logged on there with no problem; I closed out the IE window and logged back on with the AOL browser and have had no problem since; Don't know why but it worked; it's got to be something to do with those 'cookies'
