I'm not real familiar with the stepsides, but I was thinking that just the fenders had the cutout? Or were there differences in the bedsides too? Maybe extra holes? Not real sure. I'd have to look at them, but I don't remember anything that made me think it had a spare tire mount or anything. I can get you pics.
