here's a few shots of a parts truck i'm gonna pick up in a few days. hoping to use most of the front end to convert to disks, and 5 bolt pattern.

any ideas on carb brand?

with some cleaning up, hopefully i'll be able to use most parts.

general engine pic,

the guy mentioned it was a 4 bolt 350, where do i find the stamp on the block? how do i tell which heads are on it?

it has a twelve bolt rear end.

do these numbers tell what gears are inside? or is there another tag?

As far as the axle info I think you need to id the axle stamp numbers to find out what was in it stock.

Carb is a factory replacement Holley, engine code will be on the driver's rear of the block behind the cylinder head, and the head numbers will be under the valve covers.

The front and rear will bolt into your '69 . There are 14 bolts that hold the front
xmember in the frame, 12 of the 14 will line up when installing in the'69 , just elongate the other two and you will be on your way. Search the site

a couple more questions: the power steering and brake booster, these would be another couple of parts to take off the 72 parts truck for my 69?
i orginally planned on getting this parts truck for the windshield.

Those parts interchange also, you'd need to use a disc/drum master regardless.

3.07 gears is what it should have if still original

3.07 gears are definitely cruise worthy, unless you go with an overdrive.

Exactly!
The 3.07 is the most freeway friendly gear that came in these rigs. If you add an overdrive, then odds are the RPMs will be too low and hurt MPG.
