Hmmm haven't done that one yet. I'm good at breaking stuff so I am sure I'll do it eventually.
Don't have a trans for you but hope you get it fixed. Mike

I've never torn up a manual tranny that way, but I sure did some very bad (rephrase that to dumb) things to some automatics. I have had some bad looking clutches though. Can't help ya on the tranny other than wishing you the best and good luck on a quick repair.

Ouch! What a bummer. Too bad about your tranny. I blew a clutch a few weeks ago. Yours looked real familar. My trans didn't suffer as bad as yours luckily for me. If you decide not to repair that one LET ME KNOW. I need a bare mainshaft and pilot shaft from one of those to fix a gearbox. Good Luck..

Smooth Move Dude.
It's funny how a comment from a friend and a quick reaction to the comment will get us breaking stuff or smaking up our trucks. I kinda think I would have tried that too. I had my dad 2WD drive burb and it was December 24 = no parking at the mall well there was a huge hill and a 4x4 parked on top of it. My buddie says " park there" it was snow covered and I did not think much of it. Made it to the top and started sliding down side ways back down there was a light pole right beside where I was sliding down to, I put it to the floor and just missed the pole. I decided to park on top of a snow bank instead.
