So, I am playing around with an idea...

I have a complete but rotten C50 with a Holmes 660 town and country wrecker body on it. The cab and front clip is not desirable. Worn 292, Clarke 5 Speed with PTO to drive the body, some VERY large rear end.

I also just made arrangements to buy a 52 Chevy 2.5Ton with no rear bed... was originally a flat bed. The cab and front clip is pretty decent. 235, 4 speed transmission to some very large rear end.

Anyone dropped a 52 Cab on a 70 Chassis?

I also just bought a rusty 68 C20 with a decent 292 in it...

Have a welder, plasma and other handy dandy tools.

Anyone pondering what I am pondering?
