Wood floor installation

I am ready to install the wood floor in my truck but wanted to know the best sequence. Do I bolt floor in and then try and drill holes to mount box to frame or do I install floor just far enough in that I can drill mounting holes? Is there a diagram that shows exact box hole locations? What procedure have you guys used? Seems that to drill mounting holes and recess offset washer you would have to drill from top down. If that is how then how are you marking holes? Looks like the frame is in the way to try and drill up through floor.
