Announcement of Intentions...
OK I cant keep it under wraps anymore... The 67 GMC I call "Project Mayhem" is only in the very beginning stages of devlopment, but I have to show the world the proposed paint job. heres one pic as it is now and a couple of the finished dream (yes I know the model is a Chevy, couldnt find a GMC)

Re: Announcement of Intentions...
That's cool. I would flame the blue back over the doors so it isnt as abrupt. Nice idea.

Re: Announcement of Intentions...
Nice, But i agree with slimjim, abrupt lines just arent me, id blend them together somehow. Like he said, flame the blue back a little more and have a blending flame going down the center for the white and red... Just my $.02 But i like the concept!

Re: Announcement of Intentions...
i saw a truck very similar to that at the decatur swap meet one year and it even had the original bench upholstered as a texas flag, i think your idea is cool as for breaking the lines up i would have them broken up to look like tattered fabric

Re: Announcement of Intentions...
In a way we all get "married" to these projects... Love/Hate relationship with the truck but in the end it can be worth it!
