is this a buddy seat braket, seat id ?????

in the first picture there is a bracket mounted to the back of the cab above the tank . is that a braket to keep the buddy seat off of the tank??
if it is i wish the seats where still there

in the second pic is the seat that was sitting in the cab and i was curious as to what it was from ,you fellas have any clue?? and dont supose its worth anything is it?

Yep, that's the buddy bucket seat bracket. Not sure on the seats themselves. Looks to me like maybe a Dodge, Plymouth or Chrysler seat.

Huskerboy2 is correct on the bracket. Seat is definetly not truck.

thanks guys , regardless of what the seat is im glad that its a buddy bracket.
so many peple forget to keep this when they pull the buckets to sell.
and i hope to eventualy find a set dirt cheap.

Looks to me like a Gran Prix bucket out of a late 70s or early 80s

The seat is a 68-72 a-body bucket seat (cutlass, 442, chevell, gto, skylark)... A set of those seats core value is around $250 on up...
