Recovering buckets, couple questions
I am recovering the buckets in my Jimmy.
I assume the passenger and driver's seat are the same correct? So the two sets of upholstery should cover either seat correct? The old covers (PO had recovered them) were glued to the center seating area. Do I need to reglue the new ones too?

Re: Recovering buckets, couple questions
The 2 buckets are the same. It's just the mounting brackets that are different.
I didn't glue the new covers on anywhere.Just used the hog rings. Call up a local auto upolstery shop and see what they normally do.

Re: Recovering buckets, couple questions
You probably won't need to glue them, IF, you take the time & effort to pull and tuck the area all around the center section...where it meets the outer border. This was originally held by metal clips that pushed through the foam.
