Re: Lets see pics of wood beds.......
I bought my wood rough cut, and had to machine and finish myself. The wood cost me about $600. Not Cheap. but it was worth it. IMO

Bigsnookmaster - Would you be interested in making up another set for a nice fellow board member from TN? If so, how much?

Re: Lets see pics of wood beds.......
Possibly, it's according to the time frame you would be looking at, there is also shipping costs, and this wood isn't real light. Send me a pm and we can talk.

Re: Lets see pics of wood beds.......
If I go the pretty truck route, mine will be teak with polished stainless strips. If I put it together semi-rough in primer or dulled out paint I'll use weathered wood and stain it black with satin powder coated strips.

Re: Lets see pics of wood beds.......
You can have it both ways. A piece of plywood with 1X2's fastened underneath with strips of carpet attached that correspond to the skid-strips makes a good deck for hauling anything you need to.

Re: Lets see pics of wood beds.......
Anyone ever used a piece of hardwood plywood and just route out the slots for the bed strips to fit into? This seems like a cheap alternative.
