I don't think there is enough info to guess what HP it would give you. What type intake, lift of cam, and compresion ratio? You can look at some of the create motors to get a peek at what you might get. I was going to build my old 350. I was shotting for 400hp. But buy the time you do the machine work, buy the parts put it all together it would have cost a whole lot more then the 383 engine that blueprint engines sales. Jegs has them for just under 3k. I think the old 300 hp vettes had the flat tops and aluminum intakes.

What 1.94 heads are you running? The Vortec heads were 1.94s, but they had 65cc chambers and incredible swirl pattern creating a good 20hp better than normal 1.94 heads. That's gonna make a difference. If they're regular old 1.94 heads like 400 heads, a good baseline is gonna be around 325-330hp if it's tuned well, if they're Vortecs you might see 350hp on a good day. 1/4 mile times are going to be dependant on the driver. Could range anywhere from high 13s to low 15s. My suggestion to you is that if you want close to 400hp or 12s that you go get a 3.75" stroke crank from Scat and some pistons to suit the crank to keep compression around 10:1. I've built a 355 that put down 447hp, but it's not easily done, nor is it cheap to do without knowing where to source parts from. I got lucky and just happened to have a set of 461x castings laying around to use on it, and it still cost me $3K to build it. 383 conversion is always the best idea when it comes to hp production on a 350. I only built that one cuz it was a dirt track engine in a class that didn't allow 383s, then the guy never paid me for it, so I put it in a 69 shortbed and annouced it's presence with 8K RPM drive bys.
