Wiring help.

72 3/4 ton 350/350 ac. So I have some mystery wires #1 pic in on the fire in a grommet by itself. 2 pic comes off fire wall below first wire and has a connector but ends. #3 is the horn but is it a duel horn set up.#4 is a fuse link that is cut off. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The last picture looks like one of two 4 amp amp gage fuses. There should also be one on the other side of the radiator.
