Drive shaft
Hi everyone I have a 1971 GMC C1500 custom. The truck is an original BB truck with a turbo 400. The truck is 127" wheel base. Not sure if it came with a one piece driveshaft or two piece.

Re: Drive shaft
Agree.
Only 6 cylinder, 3 speed 115" wheelbase trucks came with 1 piece.

Re: Drive shaft
It came with the 2 piece with the hd carrier bearing with a slip in the rear shaft.
If your truck has been lowered you can run a one piece but all of us will know its custom
